The Golf Villas Landscape Association (GVLA) was incorporated to provide an entity for the maintenance management of the Golf Villas properties located in Tara Preserve.

The purpose is to administer association members landscaping and irrigation requirements.

The goal is to maintain member properties to enhance neighborhood consistency and value for the owners.

The GVLA is a maintenance free association however not owner responsibility free. Members have the critical role to maintain all non-original landscaping.
