The Golf Villas Landscape Association (GVLA) Board of Directors has contracted with Progressive Community Management, Inc. (PCM) for management and administration of the Association. Shane Raniere, our Community Association Manager, oversees management services for our Association. Services provided by PCM include: securing proposals/bids/contracts for maintenance, repair and betterment of the community property. PCM attends Board Association meetings, maintains the accounting records and prepares monthly financial statements for the Board of Directors.
